I stressed that we were moving in less than a week and the carpets had to be clean. I was assured there would be no problem. 11:40 rolled around and no sign of them so I called and was told they had a new receptionist and she double booked... the team was at another location. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked for Monday at 10, the day before we were to vacate the house. The owner assured me she would be with the team. A few minutes before 10 on Monday I got a phone call that they were running late and the team, sans the owner, would definitely be there before 11 am. At 10:50 my husband decided he'd waited long enough and called leaving a message to cancel. The owner did call back and promise a good discount if he kept the appointment but by that time he was done. Don't waste your time.. look elsewhere.

Her communication skills in our conversations leading up to booking with her were excellent and made me feel comfortable welcoming her into our home. She made sure to confirm with me the morning of the clean and also let me know when she was on her way over. The cleaning Kaitlin provided not only made our home feel better (and look better!) but also put my mind at ease knowing I had one less thing to worry about! Our bathrooms were sparkling by the time she packed up to leave, and I could not recommend her more. She was excellent all around, professional, and did a wonderful job.
