One of the worse customer service experiences of my life…read more I used their services to handle the legal side when purchasing a house. The receptionist is very rude and acts like she is doing you a favor taking your call. She will say she will get back to you but she is just trying to brush you off. She never calls back. They kept trying to get me to pay them more money so they could hire someone else to work on my case even though what needed to be done fell well within the initial contact. Every time I declined the sales pitch the issue they where trying to sell a solution to mysteriously was resolved shortly after. I honestly felt like they already had things resolved but were trying to get more money from me. They would never give me any information about what was going on other then "it's being handled" or "it's in the hands of the other lawyer". They seem to play on your ignorance with the law and need for a quick resolution to charge more fees. They often tried to bully me into making decisions that gave them more money. Luckily I was not in any rush because this back and forth made the whole process take over 8 months. This just scratches the surface of my dissatisfaction with these people but I worry that if I put in every horrible thing they did it will dilute the message. If you are looking for a lawyer don't look here.
