I ended up losing my job and can no longer do the job, or many types of jobs, because of the injuries I sustained to my back. The guy had a claim cap that wouldn't even come close to the damage he caused. I was taught that I should be "made whole" by many. I didn't even end up with a year's worth of what I would've made if he had hit me. I was upset, Alicia didn't want to deal with me any more and pawned me off on her car salesman of a partner. He made me feel alone and crazy and his tactics to get me to settle were transparent and gross. They even added strange charges to the end of the bill. I feel that the entire process could've been handled better and that I would have been better off with a different lawyer, perhaps one who would actually work and fight for me.
