    My husband is a blind person. We hired Webb group to help us with a road access issue that was…read morebeyond critical to us with very high stakes. Lendan said it would normally cost between $3 and $5 K to resolve (we expected more of course and budgeted $10K). Please read our final exchange below and decide if this is who you want or can count on as your advocate. BTW at the end of negotiations that you have already invested/paid $20K. This follows immediately after meeting where Lendan proposed a 2 year delay strategy, he wanted to get paid for 2 more years! This after multiple emails saying we were at the end of our financial rope. During his 2 year strategy pitch he was berating and blaming us for not providing easement information. He said clearly on a video recorded by him that he would wipe our bill out if we could prove we sent it to the firm. He had that proof the next AM. Provided in a document upload and narrative provided in January, still waiting for that check. It was basically pay up more or the heck with you. Choose wisely they are a billing machine! FROM US Please find below our review of Webb billing and deductions we are taking in the amount of $1895 for you to review at your cost. This should place our account current including our retainer. It seems reasonable to get their response and then decide if addition funds are needed given our desperate financial situation. We have begged for understanding as we are broken on this financially way over expectations that were set by you (of course we expected to go over by a couple few K). Yet virtually all approaches and suggestions have been open ended and long term. We have no choice but to challenge that approach at this point we are out of money and there has been no ROI to this point but we have been hoping. We want to be clear again we like everyone we have met at Webb. But if you could have advised us better.. Can They, Can we? We would have made different decisions If you had researched the easement stuff we provided in January We wouldn't have been educated by opposing counsel if we didn't have to reexplain and reexplain the details we gave you We would have been and stayed on the same page If you were as prepared as opposing counsel on the facts before engaging We wouldnt need new approaches and back work then we wouldn't be in this position and no where near the time and money invested. We are not trying to be mean but it's just fact. We do feel your many proposed strategies were at least partially influenced by money and not by practical understanding and interpretation of the facts with sound advice. Our approach is to continue to work with you and try and focus the effort. You threatened 3 times, now 4 that we should do it ourselves, blamed us, called us hostile and hung up on us. We are still here $20K in. So again it is your decision if you want to continue. We are not quitters and don't throw away relationships. We did not wish to write this email but you are pushing us around just as hard as the (opposing entity).
