If I could give half a star I would. IF YOURE A RESIDENT, DO NOT USE THE ONLINE PAYMENT METHOD!!! I recently had over twice one month's rent in my bank account, got a payment confirmation and everything. Almost a week later they claim it was returned and now I have to pay almost $100 EXTRA VIA MONEY ORDER !!! I called to ask them for assistance and they said it's not their problem. I want everyone to be aware of this man and his unprofessional business. His name is Mike Pile. He posted on here he was looking for someone to complete a residential make ready and remove interior cigarette smoke damage from walls. My initial meet with this man at the house, I gave him my price for just the interior clean for $300 and would have it complete in 24 hours. However, when me and my husband met with him he also added in he wanted stairs built for the back door on the property as well as exterior window cleaning and front porch vinyl siding cleaning, which Mike raised the overall clean to $600(verbally). Needless to say,my husband works and builds fence. I started the house around 1130AM and left to get my husband to start on the exterior clean around 2PM that same day. I also had to pick up my son from school so we arrived back at the house around 430-5PM. I was able to get the entire back of the house complete with only the kitchen and living room left to finish. My husband got all exterior windows clean and had started on the front porch vinyl clean. We left around 715PM and I contacted Mike and promised to be back by 845AM the next morning. When me and my husband arrived the next day, Mike has done ripped off the door knob and door lock for the front door and threatened local law enforcement on us for trespassing and we left. He did write a check for $150, taped to my broom stick, left my cleaning supplies at the pumps at Brookshire's Fresh on Old Jacksonville Hwy with Mike no where around at the time he asked me to arrive. I want people to be aware that this man is very unprofessional. I'm not sure where or how things had gone wrong as I kept constant communication with him the entire time. But here is our conversation and the interior clean I was able to complete that day. I would advise not to do business with this man, he seems to be very arrogant and out for himself. absolutely do not rent from these people and I mean it. we stayed at our rental house with them for almost a year and planned to renew our lease, but we were told we couldnt renew so we moved out. it has been 35 days and they are refusing to return our security deposit. they claim theyre still making "repairs" but this house is literally listed for sale, and even says pending. They will not answer any of our questions. all of the pictures in their listing are from after WE cleaned it up for them. these guys are the absolute worst and they will STEAL from you. read more

Staff is rude. I rent an old house so I inevitably have to call maintenance about every other month. I always get the worst attitude from the guy who processes maintenance requests. Also, a lot of our problems are due to their patchwork on the house and never fully fixing a problem. They say they've done a lot maintenance, and yeah it's because the house is poorly fixed almost every time. We have a heating/ac unit that's seriously 10 times too small for the house. Obviously, it's going to break when it can't keep up with the weather, and they aren't fixing the actual problem. I also have had problems with staff coming to do walk throughs unannounced. I seriously thought someone was breaking in. I didnt get an apology. Just told "they called you yesterday." Nobody called, texted, or emailed me or the other leaser. Our most current issues: A crack in the ceiling with a roof leak that fills water buckets. Roof leaks have been going on since 2013. And yes, we've found mold. They addressed the mold by wiping it off with a rag. Obviously there's more growing in the ceiling and walls. A large hole in the floor next to my shower i told them about in June. Good thing we dont have any children or elderly people living here! They'd be tripping on holes and slipping on water from roof leaks for sure! We have a light fixture that has been filling with water for at least 5 years. We told them it seemed like that could cause an electrical issue. But they said to just dump the water out, keep changing the light bulb, and using the light. So that's what we do. Fingers crossed each time. read more

Worst place ever to rent a property from if your looking to rent or purchases I wouldn't recommend going through this agency. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and sketchy. The people there were rude and unprofessional.They first questioned my CheckStubs because I get a commission once a month then tried to tell me That if I didn't bring a copy of my 2020 W2s to the office that I wouldn't qualify for the home because based on a check stub that was marked 12/17/2020 I didn't make enough to qualify but the others qualified. Then when trying to Cooperate even after trying to cover up the fact that the whole situation had me feeling like I was being discriminated against through the whole process both Cindy the owner and an employee told me that If I felt uncomfortable about leaving my W2 with two strangers I needed to find another property.
