I asked my friends for recommendations and none of them could or would recommend the lawyers they used before. We took the advice our our mortgage broker and real estate agent and went with the lawyer they work with all the time. Again, we wanted to keep everything as easy for us as possible. It was a little frustrating at times because we didn't know the exact legal process and the timing. We thought we were being blown off but really there wasn't anything Greg could do until the sellers sent him all the documentation. But once he got that (about a week before closing), everything went smoothly. Once it came time to close, we met with Greg at his Mississauga office at our convenience. We sat down and he didn't rush us through anything. He explained every single step, document and fee. He answered every question we had. We signed everything, handed over the cheque and he gave us our keys. OUR KEYS!!! Greg sent us all our documentation a month after closing. We knew he did everything right because all the bills came in and the town sent all the notices that proclaimed us residents. This law office left me in the dark regarding several legal proceedings of my business. My calls went unanswered for weeks, voice messages to Mr. Tucci and his secretary alike were never returned. Files were later transferred to another law office, crucial documentation was missing.... very unprofessional service...do not recommend read more

Too Bad I have to at least give this law firm a 1 star. Mr. Tucci is very arrogant. Needed my fathers original will. After being told his office did NOT have the original will, we turned my house upside-down, retraced our tracks (funeral homes etc...) thinking could we have possibly misplaced it, even though we knew we did not have it. Made several phone calls again inquiring about this missing will only to be met with arrogance! Sent many e-mails to his office only to be told they do not have my fathers will. This was extremely stressful. One year after my father passed, we decided we had enough of this office and picked up my mothers will from his office, my fathers original will was also there for us to pick up. Well needles to say I was extremely upset!! Mr. Tucci came out of his office and after me saying a few words to him and his secretary, and yes I was upset, he said he didn't need my business anyways. Very unprofessional I would never recommend this law firm to anyone.. read more
