My Husqvarna riding lawn mower was on death's door. Visited Greg and my first impression was that he was a no nonsense hard working man. I was totally right. Greg picked up the patient late Friday afternoon with little hope of recovery. Flat tires, clogged filters, spark less sparkplug, and oil that was more solid than liquid. I've used Gregg's for some 30+ years. Started by buying my first riding lawn mower from his dad. I've been using his services since then and for the past 10 years or so he's been my sole repair source. Highly recommend him. The other reviewer was complaining of a $120 charge for a tune up. That might seem high compared to what we all paid years ago to some part time retired guy who did this on the side. I however value a business that is open when they say they are, answer the phone when you call every time, come out when they say they will, pick up and return your mower (which I can't take to the shop) and value your custom. So shouldn't we encourage these people by giving them a shot at making a decent living? read more

I called Greg's Fix-It-Shop and told him I had a pressure washer with a Honda engine. The guy there said "I don't have time for that" and didn't want me to even bring the engine in. Waste your time and give them a call. Or don't waste any of your time and call his competitors. read more

Have used Greg 3 times. First he fixed a lawn mower- no problem fair price. Then a blower. Worked fine, kind of pricey. Last trip was very disappointing, Took a self propelled lawn mower in. Needed a new spring, adjustment of drive system. I asked for a full tune-up oil change. $120 which seemed like a lot. Got it out to use, still hard to start. Looked at air filter- way old and dirty. same with sparkplug. Oil dirty, blade not sharpened. Drive mechanism did work fine though. I fixed it myself. won't be going back though. If you go get an estimate and check work before you leave. read more
