After they finished installing my pavers they outsourced the sealing to another company. They came and sealed everything quickly and without issues. A month later I start noticing weeds popping up and several parts of my driveway and backyard. Sealing: Sealing pavers should prevent most weeds from growing due to the sealer going in between the cracks and hardening. I've had pavers sealed at least five times in previous homes by different companies and once by my own two hands. My parents have been sealing their pavers for at least 20 years. I even confirmed with neighbors in my same neighborhood and all of them said they either get no weeds or one or two pop up every few months. The neighbors sealed their home between a month and a year and a half ago. I found at least a dozen competitors websites in Broward county that say sealing prevents weeds. I contacted the company and they just kept giving me the runaround on the phone saying sealing pavers do not prevent weeds. Eventually several weeks later the owner showed up to take a look. All he did was give me the runaround and wasted 30 minutes of my time talking in circles. Everything I said in the previous paragraph in this review did not matter to him. We both also found an issue with a small part of the paver install that he said "This is shitty work". He also mentioned several times that he wanted to look at what I paid for the sealing After our conversation he left and never heard back from him or the company again. Not even for the paver install mistake or about his questions about payment. It's now been 3 months and weeds are growing several times faster and I'm out there at least every other day spraying for new weeds. When in the past I sprayed for a few weeds maybe once every 2 to 3 months. Wasted $1045 for sealing. Permits: Took about 5 months to get a permit which is not unusual right now due to the backup. But 2 to 3 months into getting the permit, the process got delayed because we had to fill out five more forms that they did not know about. They have done at least a dozen homes in my neighborhood in the last year and a half. So I don't understand how this happened.

They have a flat rate service I choose for handyman for the day. David came to my home a few days prior to the job appointment day to look at the work to make sure it could be done in a day and agreed it could. He came on the agreed time ready to tackle the job. He also picked up the materials from home depot I needed to get the tiles done like the grout, this was a nice plus. The job started at 9am and he was done by 5pm. He came back the next day to set the grout as it needed a day to dry. Everything went smooth and we are happy with end result. I will be using David and Corey for future jobs, thanks guys!

You replaced screen on my back patio door. The screen came loose about a week or so after - and I wasn't even living here at the time. So loose just from the wind. You replaced 4 porcelain tiles in my office. Those tiles were all much higher than the rest of the floor. I asked a few guys after and they all said - he put too much mud. He definitely didn't check to make sure it was even with the rest of the floor. You had a guy pressure clean my back patio. Yes a fine job. And you used your blower to blow a few leaves out of my gutter. And you cut some bushes for me and put them in the front yard for the garbage. When you came to give me the estimate, you said "you know I could have remodeled your whole house. Everything I see that you did here, I could have done and I told you - I will beat anyone's prices". Well I didn't call you for the major stuff to remodel because I was NOT thrilled the first time. I called you back again because I had another handyman who didn't show up. And another who couldn't do the work for 3 weeks. The things I trusted you with the second time were easy things. Moving furniture around. Putting shelves together for my garage. 2 smoke detectors. The concrete is rough and uneven, the edges are chipped, there are cracks, epoxy stains, and the decorative stones look messy, uneven, sticking up and already chipping out. This is supposed to be a brand new driveway, not one that's years old and falling apart. And to make things worse, during the job they broke the sprinkler pipes under my original driveway. They tried to repair them, but never finished and never came back. So I had to hire another contractor at my own expense just to fix their damage. I trusted this company to do quality work, and instead I was left with a sloppy driveway, extra expenses, and a lot of stress. For the money we paid, this is simply unacceptable.

In which I still said that was fine cause your kids are more important than a job. When he showed up he assembled the fireplace and installed the blinds. The table was broken so I had to order another in which I did and was told they'll can easily come back. The owner changed me $750 for the fireplace and blinds. Although I didn't feel comfortable with the price, I still paid it. The next time I called them about whatever else I needed done around my home, he told me he would get the handyman out to my home on Thursday (appt was made before the hurricane) cause that's the soonest he could come out. Then Thursday comes & no handyman. He says he'll send him out Sunday (today) cause he was so busy What do you know? No handyman. I already found another one. I just had to give my experience with this half ass business so they can't lie to another customer. And I don't want anyone else to lose out on money especially if you have someone to do it for a much better price.
