They used one of our hoses to clean their tools without asking & broke it. I didn't mind that they used it, I didn't mind that they broke it but they wouldn't replace it. When I asked that Woody deduct the cost of the $50 hose from the $12,000 bill, he told me I was trying to nickel and dime them. we didn't press the issue, we paid the bill in full but won't do business with them anymore due to that kind of customer service.
