I retained this firm for a child custody matter and it took over 4 weeks for my attorney (Jonathan Browning) to file my paperwork after I came into the office to fill it out, only to find out that he filed it under an improper case number and then withdrew the motion without even speaking to me first. I found out from the other party that our court hearing had been cancelled "by me" only one day prior to the hearing. I then hounded my attorney to get the paperwork filed under a new case number so we could actually get this taken care of, and after weeks of asking and being ignored, I ended up filing my own custody case. I hired this firm on August 6th, it's now November 20th, and not one thing has been properly handled in that time. Don't waste your time and money with this law firm.
