For newbies - the office is nicely appointed and in the same parking lot with Marietta Pizza Company and UnWine'd (sp?). They don't have an X-ray room and they no longer offer facials - but they do offer massage and hyperbaric therapy! They moved YEARS ago - so they're not conveniently located to me - but Dr. Green was so wonderful, I just can't 'quit' her. I still work 16 - 20 hour days, and they have somewhat limited hours. Hannah and the other ladies will usually ask Dr. Green if she's able to 'fit me in,' but Kelly, the receptionist / office manager is a bit of a bulldog about Dr. Green's schedule (lol), so it's pretty difficult for me to get in there as much as I would like. Thanks to Kelley's tight reign over Dr. Green's schedule, I recently found another chiropractor (practically located in my backyard) that does an EXCELLENT job, but I'll always consider Dr. Green and her magic hands my OG chiro!

Originally came for preventative care as I am a horse back rider and protecting ones back is incredibly important to longevity to riding. Over the years have had many different challenges but Dr Green has been there to help me navigate the best ways to help me. Recently after my car accident she believed me that I was still in pain and wasn't improving and ordered an mri two different ones and we found I'd torn my rotated cuff and required surgery. Even after surgery I've had minor complications she's been there to give me major relief and keep my body in as best shape as possible during this healing period. If you want a doctor who cares and listens to you. Actually listens to you, Dr Green is for you. She wants to help you and make you feel better ! I don't know what I'd do without her. Definitely don't know if I could ever move away, no one can replace Dr Green! Kelly runs the front desk and she is so sweet and really helps to make sure scheduling works for you and even sends out reminder calls which is so helpful!

It started out good but now if you're a regular, they treat you like you don't matter...even though…read morethey have a job because of clients. Advertised as fairly priced, they keep making changes and offices are getting way too busy and are becoming increasingly unable to accommodate everyone. Staff is stressed and doesn't answer the phone sometimes. I called ahead to make an appt. but no one answered and was then turned away at two offices when I arrived, even though they were fully open and even though I drove to the middle of nowhere to get there. Where is the compassion? I was in pain. Maintenance plan was $45 a month but now they bill you for a full quarter; that's $125 ahead of time. How do I know if I will even use all of that? Management/owner doesn't return calls on customer service billing issues. Kids are $5/visit but now they have to be under 17?! So now high schoolers are apparently full grown and should work full time. Dr. might be rough but is overall effective; just takes some getting used to. Masseuse is just ok but high turn over. Their hours are tricky; they close for lunch from 12:30-3 PM. It would be great if they could just extend their hours on a Saturday at this point to accommodate the high influx of customers. Otherwise expect to allow an hour during peak times.

And boy am I glad I did! Dr. Pham and company are great people and have definitely taken care of me. The office is very clean and inviting. They are able to see me usually within 5 minutes of walking in the door. In the event that there is a bit of a wait though one can help themselves to a glass of water or a chai latte at the Keurig machine in the lobby. As far as the actual reason why I originally went to Happy Spine - I have a job that requires me to awkwardly lift 50-130lb objects for 10 hours a day. Back pain is unavoidable with my job. But through good coaching and great adjustments by Dr. Pham most of the time I do not have any more lower back pain. I would strongly recommend going to Happy Spine for an adjustment.
