But then the icing on the cake was last night after hours, I called the owner, Jason Lindgren, on his cell for help to find a mis delivered FEDX pkg containing original signed closing documents for a real estate transaction closing today. The pkg had been delivered to a company we did not know. Jason went personally and was at the door before this company even opened this am. Like a private detective, Jason was able to talk this person into looking deeper for the package (which he insisted was not there) and was able to secure it and hand deliver back to so that we were able to close escrow! Someone took it upon themselves to modify my shipping address. My address is 160 S. ______________, Los Angeles, CA 90004, building 1, apartment 143. It doesn't matter if I list 143-1 or 1-143. The 1 signifies I live in building 1. If the 1 is missing, my order can end up in building 2, which is the same address but a different complex. When OnTrac (tracking number:D10017275701952) delivered to wherever they delivered, they didn't provide a picture. They didn't specify if it was left in building 1 mailroom, by building 1 mailboxes, left at my door in building 1 unattended, or passed off to management. I canceled an appointment to be home. I have a doorbell, and it never rang. Nor did anyone knock. I watched the navigation, and it didn't change from its location for several hours until it was actually delivered. I checked everywhere in building 1. I went to building 2 and checked their mailbox area, mailroom, and apartment 143 in building 2. Where did OnTrac deliver my package? Who removed my building number 1 from my shipping address? If they had a question about my address, they knew how to reach me. They just decided to modify my address for whatever reason, but they never got permission from me to do that. What was the purpose of my paying for SavedByPackage Protection?
