Greyhound in San Bernardino operates from the all-purpose San Bernardino bus station, which is located in the heart of downtown and has a big Greyhound logo on the side of it as part of the overhang. It's got a triangular brownish reddish roof and looks typical California. It's pretty cramped on the inside and not in a good way. Definitely one of the older and stuffier stations that we've used. Bad customer service! I wait for an hour and nobody get out to help me finish the refund because the bus is delayed too late!

Your putting yourself in a very big risk if you use this in moving your stuff from state to state. I used Busfreighter, a 3rd party who uses greyhound package express, paid station to door for 10 days delivery, sent 2 shipments on sept25 from Aiken Sc to Redlands Ca (two 22inch boxes and three 22inch boxes, greyhound labelled and wrapped properly). I was told that a greyhound tracking numbers will be provided as soon as they get to the first greyhound station. Been calling Greyhound since and they can't provide me tracking but they know that packages will land at San Bernardino Ca then someone will call me to setup home delivery. Oct16 has passed and i still don't have tracking or my boxes. Today i have been told that it may just be a delay and if i don't get a call or my boxes this weekend then i call first thing on monday to place a trace (they will email all stations to check if my name is there). For whatever timeframe stations have to respond to that email, i don't know, next in line i think is to file a claim. This is ridiculous, considering that at any station, they haven't scanned any of my barcoded boxes to generate tracking. I already knew that there is risk so I made 2 shipments to make insurance to $2k but I can't believe that they may lose my 2 shipments and lose all my 5 boxes.
