The peppermint tea was light and refreshing, just perfect for a hot summer's day. The kitchen inside was a hive of activity, as more and more people descended on the tea rooms. These little tea-rooms are clean, bright, superbly run and serve everything to set off a perfect summer's afternoon. Teas, scones (delicious) hot buttered toast (vital) and home-made cakes, along with filled rolls, all make for a perfect snack to enjoy whilst looking out over the bay.
