The staff are friendly, knowledgable and made the leasing process incredibly stress free -if you've rented before you know how rare that can be. We moved from out of state and were able to handle everything seamlessly via zoom and email. Now to get into the complex itself. It is a 3 story building so you cannot be disillusioned to the noise of neighbors walking about if you have someone above you (you will never not hear a neighbor or two in any apartment complex). However the other tenants seem to abide by the 10pm quiet hours and we've yet to have a problem. It is in fact a lot quieter through the walls than any previously place I've rented. The dog parks are very spacious and pet owners clean up after their dogs. Some may consider the rent "high" for the area but given the amenities I think its well worth it ! We use the movie theater frequently as well as the TWO gyms and large pool, when you add up the cost of movie trips, gym memberships and so on (in my opinion) it justifies the price. They also have a night attendant so you're able to use all amenities until 10pm. The only "con" is the lack of parking occasionally and you sometimes have to walk a ways to get to your building if you don't want to pay for a garage, but new parking passes will hopefully fix this ! Maintenance requests are answered quickly and skillfully, while I don't love the quarterly apartment walk throughs I do appreciate that they ensure no neighbors are living in conditions that would attract pests or other unwelcome things. Kitchens are large and unlike anything else you will find in Conway with loads of storage and a HUGE fridge (a rarity in apartment living). As a final mention that was a concern to me -yes they are still finishing building but NO, you do not hear any noise from construction ! They also have a new bonus for referring friends and family ! Overall I give FBC a 9/10.

I have contacted the on-site staff multiple times regarding this matter and was repeatedly informed that all deposit matters are handled by the corporate office. However, despite waiting more than seven months, I have received no resolution, communication, or update regarding the status of my deposit.

Hidden Valley was over-all a positive rental experience. I lived there when needing a small apt…read morequickly. The apts are well maintained and are clean upon move-in. I've lived in several apts around Sherwood and all other ones are quite gross upon move-in. HV is the only place i didn't have to spend three days scrubbing down before moving in. Any time something needs attention they are on it immediately, usually the very same day. They will unclog a slow drain or even change a lightbulb for you. They have regular scheduled pest control for the exterior and they will spray inside your apt if you request it, which you will probably need to for waterbugs. (I have to say beware of their newly aquired duplexes and triplexes though). They do not allow criminals, thugs, or trashy people to rent there so you can feel safe and know you aren't surrounded by tweekers, thieves, rapists, child molesters. Even if your credit isn't great, if you have a job and you're a clean, respectable person who pays your rent they take all that into consideration. Fyi, they are due to have a new manager sometime in 2018, so I can't speak for how things will be after that.

I liked that there was assigned parking. That ensured that no matter the time of day, I always had a spot for my vehicle. The only drawback was that of the several apartment buildings, there wasn't even one reserved for non-smokers.

A lot of the population around me were grad/med students or small families. Rent is not bad either! A one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is $500. However, management is hit-or-miss and parking is limited. You have one parking spot per apartment. If there is a second car you have (for a spouse, for example) they would have to park far away (in my case). The location for that second spot is convenient for certain buildings, but not for others. Regarding the management, you really don't know what sort of service you'll be getting...it really depends on their mood that day. A couple people quit/were fired recently, so maybe the service is better now? I am no longer at Roselawn so who knows; it might be better! Personally, my experience with Roselawn was overall a 3/5.

She was rude And very unprofessional...I called back on the phone to get a manager and to my surprise she was the manager. I can't see how people let that behavior slide by!

NB continuously seeks ways to improve/maintain the grounds, and actively ensures a quiet and safe living environment for all residents.
