I would NOT recommend Greystone Woods Apartments to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable living environment. Since moving in on February 14, 2025, I've dealt with a persistent and disturbing infestation of water bugs and spiders throughout the entire apartment including my bedroom, where a water bug actually crawled on me while I was in bed. Despite multiple complaints to management and repeated pest control visits, the problem was never resolved. I've seen bugs in every room of my unit, and the issue posed a serious health risk, especially with a very active 7-month-old child in the home. When I brought this to the attention of management again, Ashley, one of the property managers, told me there was no one above her I could speak to. She stated that the most they could do was continue spraying, and claimed the evidence I provided wasn't enough to allow me to move or be released from my lease. In the end, I was left with no real choice but to pay the expensive lease buyout fee just to get out of an unlivable situation. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and support from management throughout this entire process. Greystone is by far one of the worst apartment complexes I've ever lived in. The unit we had was outdated and management consistently failed to uphold the standards they expect from residents. Upon moving into our unit, it was in very poor condition. The unit had cobwebs, dead insects. We had to clean and sweep every part of the unit before moving in our furniture or personal items. The exterior of the buildings is dirty, with bugs and bird droppings everywhere. Maintenance rarely keeps up with cleaning or repairs. Parking is terrible in the evenings, there are tons of unmarked cars taking up spaces, and if you're not home by 6 PM, you'll have to park far away unless you pay extra for a reserved spot. The assistant manager, Kayla, even lives on-site, yet I've personally seen her and her guests ignoring community rules (for example, vaping in the pool area where smoking is prohibited). She also often parks in handicap and "future resident" spots overnight. Kayla owns a dog that I witnessed biting her -- despite the complex claiming to have a "no aggressive dogs" policy. I also watched her family member walking the same dog without a leash, completely disregarding the community's leash rule. Maintenance is unreliable, my dryer was broken for months, and after countless "quick fixes," it finally stopped working. When it failed completely over a weekend, I was told to use a laundromat until the following week, which was unacceptable. Dog waste is scattered throughout the property, so you have to watch your step constantly. Overall, this place is poorly managed, poorly maintained, and not worth the high rent they charge. I would not recommend Greystone Apartments to anyone. read more

Was living there for a year. The carpets were already stained. They hadn't replaced the carpets since 2022. It's time to replace the cheap carpet anyways. It's called normal wear and tear. They inspected my apartment before I moved out and said everything looked good. Then a month after I have moved out they email me saying I need to pay $1700 to replace the carpet for urine stains. I did not have a dog. Nothing urinated on the carpet. They are completely making up charges. This place is over priced. read more

Great place to live. People are courteous, kind, and quiet. Management is very professional and works as quickly as possible for your needs.

I have lived at Greystone for a few months now and really enjoy it. Abbi in the office was great at move in and I have meet some pretty cool neighbors. The upgrades they are doing are really nice and I love the new dog park. I like the resident events they do. Maintenance has always been super quick to fix everything in my apartment which is good. It has been nice here so far I plan to stay for a while. read more
