And nature called, so I took a trip to the bathroom. It was quite clean and I would recommend. They were out of gyros so after my momentary tantrum, I quickly recovered and ordered the souvlaki. When the food arrived, I began my flavor fiesta with the rice. UHHHHHHHHH. The rice was perfectly seasoned and paired with the tzatziki, it rivaled the Greek artworks featured on the walls. Then I made my way to the souvlaki that was dripping juice not unlike myself. Finally I ended my journey with the calamari which was immaculate paired again with the tzatziki sauce. We often eat here and every-time we get a very personal and friendly experience. Poseidon is one of the best looking restaurants you could get in Erlangen. It also offers a nice open air area with a bar. They have a very nice variety of starters, which are perfekt to share. Our favorite dish here is Calamari with tomato rice. Salad and Fish here are incredible fresh and tasty. But also the plates with grill meat are fantastic and will definitely not disappoint you. So make a reservation and give Poseidon a shoot. You will not regret it.
