It is also months later and I have still not received a copy of what Michelle has filed. This just shows she has no intention of sharing that information. If she continues doing taxes and you come across this review. Please be aware of what you're getting yourself into. I have found some other local tax preparers that offer cheaper services and are much more transparent with what is happening. Also much better as far as their communication with their clients goes. Sorry for anyone else that has gone through troubles with Michelle. Id like to note it didnt have to be like this. I simply wanted a copy of my taxes that were prepared which is actually legally required when requested.
