they are terrible . I'm so sorry I ever stepped foot in their office . They will refuse care , even with insurance. I work in medical, I told our social worker and RN about my experience, and I will be filing a formal complaint. please go elsewhere read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. They treat you like you're a child. Try to make you go to the ER for imaging when it is not emergent. They love to withhold medication unless you do what they want you to do. They are hard to get ahold of I would stay away from this place. I have no clue how these Doctors and APRN's still have a license to practice medicine. And the office manager does not care how they treat you. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! read more

Save yourself $$ and a headache and choose another office! Read entire review before scheduling here!!! I made appointments for my husband and I to have our yearly physicals here since it's been a while and this place is literally 5 minute walking distance from our home. Well, I went in for appointment and it was ok. I wasn't crazy about the office or doctor but it was too convenient of a location to not go back. My husband had his appointment about a month later (that was the availability they had at the time) and my husband said he was less than impressed with the office also. Dr came in and sat with him for maybe 10 minutes and said "since you have no complaints today we will do your physical at your next appointment" he was annoyed because we specifically scheduled these appointments for our physicals. So a couple weeks go by and we get a bill for $150 because they charged us a "new patient appointment" instead of an office visit or a physical (which would have been covered by the insurance) Ok, I get billing issues happen all the time but this is where I say I'M DONE WITH OFFICE: so I called the office which the number leads you to their call center and spoke with the billing department and she said I would need to speak with the office directly to discuss this matter but the office was closed so call back in 30 minutes or so. I called back and had to run through the whole ordeal again with another representative from the call center and after all she said yes you'll need to speak with the office but said no one was available so she left a message for them to call me back. I never got a call back. Two days later I went down to the office myself and the front desk staff was less than helpful. It's obvious they get complaints like this all the time. She spoke to me so emotionless and felt like she was reading through a script. She told me they don't guarantee that a physical will be done on the first appointment and I said that should be explained to patients who call specifically for a physical appointment and the women says that her MANAGER personally scheduled our appointments and the note said that she told me that they wouldn't be doing the physical that day..... that NEVER happened. I asked when the note was from she said from 4/27 So, the day that I called the manager to discuss this matter, she put a note that she told me the physical wouldn't be done. Instead of calling me back! This office is more worried about covering their butt then showing concern for their patients. Horrible management! They would rather collect $150 and lose the patient and potentially thousands of dollars in future revenue. I wish I asked around before scheduling here because it appears some other local people I know have had some pretty bad experiences here also. read more

Went to this place and they give u a 15 min grace period they literally rescheduled me exactly at 3:15 spoke to Erica the front desk and she literally had me rescheduled I asked to speak to a supervisor literally no one came out until but then they ended up scheduling me at 4:15 will never go here again she doesn't need to be in the front desk customer service was really presented as if she was just there for her check no compassion what so ever if ur seeking a primary doctor find a better place read more

Wish I could give NO STARS. My PCP left the state and I am trying to find a new Doctor. Dealing with Griffin Faculty Physicians has been the ULTIMATE NIGHTMARE! Not only have I needed a medication refill for nearly a month, but they schedule appointments for you whenever they want and never tell you that you had an appointment! Naturally I missed getting the help I've been waiting so desperately to get! Then calling to reschedule is another nightmare, the reps are argumentative and talk over you, rude and unprofessional.
