I have pathetic experience with Maharaja Jewellers, Brampton. Avtar Singh(Store Manager) - This guy is an illiterate guy who do not know how to talk to customer. He took our payment for the diamond ring and refused to give us certificate for the authenticity of diamond which his owner Sukhdeep Singh promised. They are fighting just to provide certificate for the authenticity which I doubt now they are selling fake or very cheap diamonds otherwise why someone fight to give you proof of authenticity? He should not be the Manager rather he should be Guard at a Grocery Store, that's really suits his personality. Vijay - he does not know what is the difference the between Gram and Carat. Ask him any question, he will answer anything like selling clothes on Street Market. His focus is to pack the items as fast as he can and give any reply to customer to make them fool. Total bullshit! Sukhdeep Singh Owner - This guy is a liar, please do not fall for his soft spoken skills. The way he looks so innocent and welcoming in his Insta videos that's just a TRAP. I went there yesterday to buy ring for my wife to present her as a bday gift. I asked that if she does not like the ring, can she exchange? - He said don't worry purchase whatever you like and he will exchange/resize if she does not like. Moreover, he told that his diamonds are certified. However, after the purchase they told they do not have the certificate for the diamond ring and they will send digital copy on phone. Next day when I went to exchange the ring as my wife did not like it. He refused to exchange it. He and his staff members talk to us disrespectfully. In addition to it, we had to fight for 4 hours just to get digital copy of the certificate. That's too seems to be Fake self made. Not only this, he is capable enough to lie in name of Shiri Guru Gobind Singh ji. Shame on you Sukhdeep Singh. He is just being nice to loot people. Please do not fall in his trap. BE CAREFUL - HE IS BRILLIANT ACTOR! MANIPULATOR AND A PERFECT DECEIVER. Discount - All the jewelry at their place is already 3 times of its cost. They are playing drama of giving you 50% discount or so. Actual price of their jewelry is already 1/3rd of the price, so even after the discount you are losing a lot of money. Written Communication - If you already stuck with some purchase then please have everything in written because the receipt he will give you have different terms than the terms he will commit verbally. Verbally he will be like your family member but professionally He is a THUGG! SPECIALLY FOR DIAMOND PURCHASE ASK THE DIMAOND AUTHENTICITY CERTIFICATE BEFORE YOU MAKE PAYMENTS. ALSO ASK ABOUT 4Cs - CARAT, CLARITY, COLOR AND CUT before you buy. The moment you trust they are going to loot your money by providing you cheap or fake diamonds without certificate. DIAMOND AUTHENTICITY CERTIFICATE EXCUSE - they told me that they misplaced the diamond certificate after the payment. I just read their reviews on Google, the same excuse they are giving to everyone so that they can sell cheap or fake diamonds. BE AWARE YOU CAN BE NEXT TO HAVE THE SAME excuse. Tips - Better to buy jewelry from India if you can because you will get at-least 40% less of Maharaja Jeweller price. And even if you buy in Canada then prefer People's, Malabar or other authentic brands in Canada. Never ever go there. They are just sweet until they sell you the jewelry after it you will have horrible experience as a customer service.
