There was an issue with the customer service when I told them I had a groupon for $100 off windshield replacement. When they said it wouldn't be honored because I was quoted for a different deal, I had some trouble just getting them to let me know what the regular price would be to compare the difference. We finally got it figured out, but I would just say make sure you get a clear understanding of what you're being quoted for so there's no confusion on the back end. The ladies I spoke with did remain professional for the most part though. The lifetime guarantee is a plus too.
