Once started they spent a lot of time and care prepping everything from the cleaning all wood surfaces to taking care of a lot of carpenter bee damage (damn those things) as well as repairing some wood pecker damage. They took care and did a professional complete neat job in a timely manner. We had some rot damage areas that took us a full year to get repaired after they had finished everything else and they immediately came back out and completed the job. It looks excellent now. Communication was very good, pricing was intelligent, his crew was great, and they were timely, neat, and complete.
