The landlord and the letting agency seem to work together closely. Everything about our experience with them was completely acceptable, from organising viewings, to the actual viewings themselves. We met with the landlord, who was extremely friendly. Every house that we viewed she attended with us and spoke to all of the people in the houses. She knew everyone! That really put us at ease, and you quite often go to places where the landlord clearly has nothing to do with their inhabitants. In the end, the houses that they offered weren't for us but that's not because the service wasn't good enough or because the prices were too high. We simply found a different house which we decided we loved more.

I nearly rented a house from them when I was due to finish the six month contract that came to an end last October. This contract came with accommodation just outside St Hilary, and of course, I had to leave when the work terminated. I ultimately moved outside of their jurisdiction, but they were very understanding about it. I was pretty impressed with the service all round.
