The food are good but the service sucks. They rush people out. No willingness to help and go the extra mile. I wont elaborate on my experience but i will not recomend this place to anyone. I like their bbq and all but can they pick up their phone? Every time I call to try and place a big order, nobody answers! I've tried in the morning and mid afternoon when they're not busy but no luck. I hate coming in and waiting forever to get my order. We ordered medium size multiple party trays here hoping that it will be better than Island Pacific, and oh boy, we are very disappointed. We had kare-kare, that you could count the slice of beef meat with one finger and no shrimp paste. Then we had the pork menudo, which is floating in oil. We also had Bicol express, which doesn't look and taste like Bicol express I had before in my life. It was also floating in oil that I have to take out one cup out of it to look edible and appetizing. The Bangus sisig and Pansit noodle is just okay. The lady who help to get our order is polite and took our order right but it looks like they are very short handed. I know everyone is working hard but they could have put more effort in customer service. Our order was late, we had to wait for 30 minutes and yet just for "pampalubag loob" they did not even offer a cup of water while we are waiting for our orders or ask us if we need help to load food into our car. read more

The firts time I made an order, I was told to come back in 45 mins because the bbq is not ready. I came back an hour later and said that the chicken bbq are still not ready and may not even have them at all that day. I was so upset considering my commute is not easy as well. I gave them a second shot and ordered 30 chicken bbq and 10 pork bbq. On my second event. The lady I was talking to even repeated it to me. I called prior to picking them up and confirmed my order. When my husband got home after picking up the bbq, I got 10 chicken and 30 pork bbq instead. I was so upset and called them to notify the mistake. No apology received. These people are very unprofessional. They have no manners at all. They can't even follow through simple instructions. I will never ever come back to this place ever again. My review is solely for my party tray order experience. Food is ok but customer service is very lacking. I phone ordered a pancit bihon and chicken BBQ sticks party trays here for pick up this past weekend and that will be my first and last time. On the phone Yvonne told me that on pick up day, I just go straight to the Grill register and ask for my order and they would have it ready. The day of the pick up I come up to the register and Amelyn was unprofessional and extremely rude. I didn't want her negative attitude affecting my day so I asked another staff to help me and she gladly got my trays. Since this lady Amelyn was working the register, she had asked Amelyn to ring up my order. While the trays were all covered with foil, they were labeled in sharpies marker so I didnt bother to look inside. When I arrived at the party I discovered I was given the wrong meat for my bbq sticks. I was given some weird pig ears skewers instead of my chicken BBQ skewers. I called ahead and was told that they would replace my order with the correct one if I return them asap. Looking down at my receipt I noticed Amelyn rang up pork BBQ skewers instead of my chicken skewers (no biggie, since its the same price) but what i had a big issue with is that she had used her own name/Suki member acct ph number to get "Suki points" from my $156 party trays order. (Ang kapal ng mukha!) I haven't had the time to settle that with Seafood City/Grill City but I will not let this employee get away with this and I will settle this with them once I return in person to their store. You can't fool employees like that by using your own info to get credit just because the customer forgot to bring their suki card. Anyway, back to the tray order, I had a relative drive 35 mins to send the food back. He was told that he'd have to wait 45 mins for them to cook my correct order. No apologies given, nothing. Unbelievable. He just asked for the money back because theres no way he would wait that long. Fortunately we had other food options at the party. I ordered 2 large trays of fried eggrolls ( shanghai) and it was so disappointing. They did it in a rush that some of the eggrolls are burnt outside and the inside is still raw. So 45 minutes passed, I got my 12 but when I asked to add 6 more, I was told to wait for another 45 minutes. Influence of supply and demand. Cook some more! Ahhh, it will also help if you fill up the grill and not only halfway full. Add another cook who's willing. Customers will be smiling. The BBQ's already great. I agree with most of the other Yelpers, after several attempts to like this establishment , I finally gave up. The Binalot Breakfast comes with free coffee but the coffee is too cold that you can dip all your fingers in it. They have the 2 item classic combo for lunch for $6.50 +tax and you can't even get 3 item combo. One time I ordered one of their smoothies, it was room temperature, terrible! I ordered the BBQ with Shrimp Sinigang and Misua Soup, were too salty, and who puts ginger on sinigang, it ruins the taste. They have Bangus Sisig on Sundays so I ordered it for the very first time and liked it. I even recommended it to my sister, then one weekday I came back and got the Bangus Sisig again, it was way too spicy because all I can see were the onions and spices, they are skimping on the fish meat. The Bopis is so-so, the Pancit Bihon lacks ingredients, they're stingy on the shrimps. If Chef Ramsey will critique this eatery, it won't pass. I can't blame the employees, they're just doing their jobs, it's the management who needs to straighten up. Yes, there's always a long line but that's because they just opened up a couple of weeks ago. Overall, EXPENSIVE! EXPENSIVE! EXPENSIVE! and please get your act together. read more
