The top floor of course is the best because you can have a nice view of the city but it's closed in winter. The waiters are friendly. The food is nice but they can't make good cocktails unfortunately. We tried different ones on different days and they are mediocre at best and they will make you regret ordering them. Better stick to beer. Also the music playing doesn't suit the environment in my opinion. Tip: try the ribs, they are amazing!
