    LA Galbi

A lot of meat options here at this ayce kbbq place with also nigiri, sushi, yakitori, hand rolls too! Sonia and Eunbi helped us out and were able to do quick grill changes and replenish radish, ssamjang, and side dish. I also like how they give a mini grill for cooked meat so that the meat can stay warm which I haven't seen in other places before! The decor inside is also really nice and the doors from outside are very traditional themed! The restaurant is very accommodating towards larger groups as well! Edit to mention: Sonia went above and beyond because my favorite plush keychain had broke off and must've dropped near our table! She rushed out to the car and found me to return to me!! So nice of her to do that! Thank you so much!!!!!

No idea what "Grill Nine" stands for, but if it's on a 10-point scale, they definitely undersold themselves. This is probably the best Korean BBQ I've had in Vegas. The meat quality is premium, and it was wild watching them bring out whole short ribs for the Wang Galbi. The marinated galbi was outstanding, and pairing it with premium Hwaro soju made it even better. They also have a full bar if soju isn't your thing. I brought a group of colleagues and clients, and everything we ordered was excellent. Even the sushi was surprisingly good, which isn't something I usually expect at a Korean BBQ spot. A special shout-out to our server, Sonia - she was fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly despite our group. I'd absolutely come back... probably with just my wife. As every Korean knows, cooking Korean BBQ for a table full of non-Koreans is less of a meal and more of an unpaid part-time job.

Second time coming to Grill Nine, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The KBBQ was fresh, the sushi was delicious, and everything came out quickly as the servers were all very attentive! Great atmosphere and friendly service. Came to celebrate my friend's birthday, and it made for a really fun dinner. We'll definitely be back!

We decided to try this place after multiple H-mart trips and we're so glad we did! Grill Nine offers plenty of options for meats, sides, apps, and sauces, so the price is definitely worth it. The meat quality really stands out, especially the wet-aged pork belly and the galbi. Service here is top-tier. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always on top of things without being intrusive. They consistently changed the grills at the right time, which made a huge difference in keeping everything tasting fresh and clean. One thing I really appreciated was the ventilation!!! Unlike a lot of KBBQ places, you don't leave smelling like smoke, which is a huge plus. Overall, amazing food, great service, and a comfortable dining experience. I'll definitely be coming back.

I have been searching for a reliable KBBQ destination that maintains high standards, and Grill Nine has officially become my go-to choice. It is immediately apparent that they prioritize the quality of their ingredients. The brisket is consistently well-marbled and tender, while the marinated short ribs are balanced perfectly, avoiding the overly saccharine profile found at many other establishments. The atmosphere is ideal. It is vibrant and energetic, yet manages to remain conducive to comfortable conversation. Furthermore, the service is professional and attentive. The staff is adept at maintaining grill hygiene and pacing the meal effectively, ensuring that guests can enjoy each course without feeling rushed or overwhelmed by too many dishes arriving at once. If you are planning a visit, I recommend arriving early on the weekends, as wait times can be significant due to the restaurant's popularity. For those dining at Grill Nine for the first time, ordering one of the curated combos is an excellent way to sample a variety of their offerings. Additionally, parking in the immediate vicinity can be challenging during peak hours, so it is advisable to account for that in your planning. Overall, this is a top-tier establishment for anyone seeking premium ingredients and a well-executed dining experience. I have already scheduled a return visit, as it truly sets a high bar for the area.

Finally got to try Grill Nine, the last time I came was when it was Sookdal. I'm happy to see that they kept a lot of the same items with high quality meats. There were lots of variety of bbq cuts and they also have sushi too. Their special one order per person comes in a huge portion. Love the available side dishes too like creamy risotto and corn cheese. Our server was Eunbi and she was super attentive and helpful with cooking our meats and changing the grills. She checked up on us often so that we were never out of food. The ambience was lively and spacious. The only thing I wish was that the bigger table had 2 grills. Every table only has 1 grill but they do have a meat warmer on the side to keep the grill cooking!

Bookmarked this place awhile ago and finally made it to the restaurant! We went late at night and was able to get a table quickly. Eunbi was our server and she was very professional, polite, and attentive. They have two menus: we chose the $39 Premium menu which just didn't include wagyu beef. The meat quality is great! Really love their beef belly and pork toro. They also have a decent selection of nigiri and sushi rolls. The nigiri were super fresh and delicious while the sushi rolls were okay. I'd definitely come back for their meat and nigiri. Their Seafood Ramen was also very tasty but had a lingering spice (didn't think to adjust but definitely adjust the spicy-level if you can't handle). Restaurant is very modern and are mostly divided by booths although there are standalone tables too. It doesn't get too windy here but the scent will definitely stick to your clothes. The floor was also...a bit...greasy so be careful when you walk! Anyway, Grill Nine is now one of my top KBBQ restaurants.

Such a good spot! We got the $39 premium menu because we love beef tongue. The quality of the ingredients and dishes is sooo nice. The sushi was so fresh and the soups are very rich. Ke was our server and he was amazing! Very efficient, caring and fun.

Grill Nine had me feeling like I walked in ready for a luxury Wagyu experience... and walked out like, "maybe my standards are a little too... Japanese?" First off, the place itself is actually really nice--clean, modern, and gives off that "okay this is about to hurt my wallet but in a good way" kind of vibe. I was READY. Now the meat... look, it wasn't bad. But for Wagyu? I was expecting that melt-in-your-mouth, life-flashing-before-your-eyes type tenderness. Instead, it was a little more on the chewy side. Not "fight for your life" chewy, but definitely "hmm... this cow had a gym membership" chewy. To be fair, I might be the problem here. I go to Japan a lot for Wagyu yakiniku, so my expectations are probably unrealistic at this point. I've been spoiled. This is what happens when you've had the VIP treatment--now everything else feels like economy class. Service was a bit slow too. There were a couple moments where my grill was just sitting there empty like it was waiting for me to reflect on my life decisions. But the place was busy, so I'll cut them some slack--they were definitely hustling. Overall, still a solid spot. Nice atmosphere, decent food, just didn't quite hit that Wagyu dream level for me. Would I come back? Yeah... but I might lower my expectations (or stop going to Japan so much first)

I went to Grill Nine with a party of five. Cheese scallop was exactly what it said on the tin, the wagyu nigiri was too chewy and tasted strongly of gasoline, I would recommend skipping this premium item. Their sushi was okay, the rice was a little cold and had a premade feel to it. The rolls they provide come in four, which is convenient to order just to taste. The uni and beef tartare quality was excellent and fresh. This was my favorite premium item by far! The corn cheese was good, the truffle fries did not taste like truffle at all. I think they thought we just ordered regular fries? The truffle jjapagetti also did not have any, I'd recommend skipping those if you're an afecionado of truffle. The naengmyun was pretty good, on par with what you'd get at an a la carte Korean restaurant. The beef quality itself at Grill Nine is good, my favorite was the bulgogi and brisket (out of the non wagyu items). Overall we had a good experience at Grill Nine, the service was quick and they did not forget any of our items despite us ordering a lot. Pro tip: remember asking for scissors to cut the meat like a real Korean.

Grill Nine BBQ is hands down the best Korean BBQ in Las Vegas! My wife and I have been here many times, and every visit has been fantastic. The food is always fresh, high quality, and full of flavor. The meat selection is excellent, and you can really tell they take pride in serving fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. What really keeps us coming back, though, is the outstanding service. Our favorite server, May, is always friendly, attentive, and makes us feel right at home. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we have a great dining experience. If you're looking for authentic Korean BBQ with amazing food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere, Grill Nine BBQ is the place to go. Highly recommended!

After our fav usual K BBQ (has 3 numbers in their name) changed their menu recently, we decided to venture out to find our next fav AYCE K BBQ. And I think we've found it at Grill 9. The quality of the meats (esp the marinated ones) were amazing and flavorful and they had more side dishes and options on their menu for $49 with a $10 upgrade option to enjoy unlimited selections of the "one per person" dishes... simply outstanding since most of the 1 PP dishes are usually the best. The service was also excellent. Sonia was server and she was very attentive and provided us with solid recommendations since it was our first time here. And not once were we "rushed" into finishing our meal. The ambiance and decor were also exceptional and very clean. A must if you're into AYCE K BBQ! Bon appetite!

Once I stepped foot inside and saw a completely packed house with an hour and a half wait and barely standing room at the bar, I knew it was worth whatever wait or process I had to go through. Ultimately I lucked out as an individual. I was able to snag a bar top seat pretty quickly and had I known then I was sitting down to what was going to be one of the best meals of my life, I would have been visibly more excited. Not only was the service absolutely top notch, the people and the regulars there were extremely friendly and outgoing. The vibe was perfect, a strange mix of a place that felt like it had been there for 200 years yet was somehow high energy and vibey. From a killer cocktail recommendation to one of the best steaks I've had in my life and coming from Oklahoma City, where I work a mile away from the stockyards and can get great quality fresh beef six ways from Sunday, that's saying a lot. I usually despise most things truffle but if I was forced to eat that truffle mac and cheese every day for the rest of my life I would consider it a life well lived. While I would have never ordered it on my own, a customer next to me recommended the porn star cocktail and I have to say it was also one of the most delicious things I've ever had in my life. Ten out of ten, top notch experience. Would recommend. Will be back every time I'm in Vegas, no questions asked.

The Steer became our favorite place to return to. We've tried the bone in ribeye a few times, the lobster, the filet, salmon, sea bass, and I believe the NY strip. I'm obsessed with the twice baked potatoes and hubby gets the broccoli without cheese, we typically share mushrooms and I've tried the Caesar a few times. My most recent visit was on July 1st to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Our reservation was for 9:45 pm which made me nervous. Somehow the staff here can tolerate these late nights. They did not rush us and I felt like it was 8 pm and not after 10. I love how they always have a fun story about times long gone. This time we sat at Joe DiMaggio's second booth. He's the only star with 2 booths. You can look online for the story behind that. We've had the pleasure to engage with their sommelier several times. The standout of the meal was, without a doubt, the seafood tower. It was absolutely worth ordering. The generous portions of crab, lobster, and shrimp made it feel like a great value, especially since the crab was already out of the shell and the lobster was perfectly prepared and ready to enjoy. We also loved the mango and raspberry sorbets for dessert--they were incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. We brought our own bottle of wine and paid the $50 corkage fee. I also ordered the Black Cherry Margarita, which was delicious, while my husband enjoyed a glass of the Domaine Laroche Chablis. Unfortunately, the steak was just okay. We ordered it medium-rare, but it came out a bit overcooked. The wedge salad and French fries were fine, but nothing particularly memorable. We expected to spend around $500 for dinner, so the price itself wasn't the issue. We were simply hoping the quality would better match the cost. We did not originally plan on having a big meal or making a special visit. We simply wanted to sit somewhere nice, have a glass of champagne, and enjoy a quiet moment together. But once we stepped inside Smith & Wollensky, everything felt much better than expected. Sometimes the best dining experiences are the ones you do not plan too much. This was definitely one of those pleasant surprises. The atmosphere was beautiful. It had that classic American steakhouse feeling with warm lighting, sparkling glassware, and an elegant but comfortable setting. It felt upscale without being too formal, and it was the perfect place to sit with my mom and enjoy a relaxed conversation. We ordered champagne by the glass, and it was excellent. Sometimes champagne by the glass can feel a little flat or not cold enough, but this one was served very cold and the bubbles were still lively and fresh. The first sip was crisp, refreshing, and immediately made the moment feel special. My mom and I both really enjoyed it. The burrata cheese was absolutely delicious. It was soft, creamy, and fresh, with a rich but delicate flavor. When I cut into it, the texture was beautifully smooth, and the creaminess paired so well with everything else on the plate. I especially loved the fruit pairing. The brûléed orange and charred grapefruit added a bright, slightly sweet, and lightly bitter flavor that balanced the creamy burrata perfectly. The basil added freshness and brought the whole dish together. The ham served with the burrata was also excellent. Sometimes prosciutto or cured ham can be too salty and overpower the dish, but this one was not too salty at all. It had a nutty, savory flavor that went beautifully with the burrata. The creamy cheese, refreshing fruit, fresh basil, and savory ham were very well balanced. My favorite bite was with a little burrata on the crostini, some fruit, and a piece of the ham together. The crispy bread, creamy cheese, bright fruit, and savory ham all worked perfectly in one bite. We only came in for a glass of champagne, but this starter made the visit feel much more special. The service was also comfortable and professional. The staff was attentive without being overwhelming, and the pace felt relaxed. That kind of service makes a big difference, especially when you want to enjoy a nice moment without feeling rushed. This visit became a sweet memory with my mom. A cold glass of champagne with lively bubbles, delicious burrata, and ham that was savory but not too salty made the whole experience feel elegant and enjoyable. Sometimes a simple, unplanned stop turns into one of the best parts of the day. I would definitely come back again next time I am in the area. If you enjoy burrata cheese, I highly recommend this dish. We came in without high expectations, but left very impressed and very happy.
