3 pieces of tuna VS 5 as before.
    Joakim A.

Here at Yelp I saw pitcures of 5 tuna bites. I got 3. I also got overcharged for the wine on the bill. The bill had a post with same name of both my German and a French wine - "Riesling Huger"? They charged for the more expensive.

Summary: great main courses (beef and tuna), slow service, ok dessert Dinner with colleagues and an invited trainer/speaker, 9 pax. Reservations at 8:30. We arrived 15 minutes early and were told to wait in the bar. All but 2 got to sit in sofa and armchairs around a table. No attempt was made to offer us anything to drink. A few minutes late we were taken to our table. We got a nice and secluded table in the corner of the restaurant with a very acceptable noise level. Grill has a very special interior design which is very cosy and beautiful; kind of a personal living room. I was the only one to order a starter. I had grilled seafood Peruvian style. It was served in a bowl within a bowl of ice so I was a little bit surprised that the mini-octopi, pieces of squid and fish were quite warm. Except for the lime and cilantro I don't really know what was so Peruvian about it, but it tasted really nice and the texture of the seafood was good, perfectly grilled. I had the top blade steak for main course. I have ordered it rare but in my opinion it was more medium rare than rare. Good bearnaise sauce and french fries. There were also other condiments like need wine gravy, potatoes and a salad, but I didn't try them. The steak was tender and juicy. One of my colleagues had the Teppanyaki Tuna where you get to fry the tuna yourself on a lava stone. It looked awesomely delicious and I almost wished I would have had that - the deep fried sushi making condiments made me want it even more. Next time maybe. For desert I had the cheese. They were OK, four different kinds in small pieces with some really good sourdough toast and a marmalade. None of them really stood out. The waiter didn't tell us what kind of cheese we we're served. Service was OK, but definitely not top notch. They remembered our lactose free order but had some trouble serving the right food to the right person. We had to wait almost an hour for the main course and no excuses were made, which isn't acceptable. They were a bit pushy on selling more wine and there was some confusion here and there. Also, not presenting the cheese is a big minus. All in all we had a great time with great food and I would definitely ho here again. If the service and waiting time improves I would consider raising the rating to figure five stars.

Came here for my birthday dinner; we ordered burgers. Very unique decor (circus and burlesque-ish), trendy place. You should make reservations, especially on the weekend. About $40USD per burger--so quite expensive compared to what you can get in the States. HOWEVER, the burger was ridiculously filling and you got unlimited refills of fries. I don't think you can get a burger that size in San Francisco. The way the burger was served was a bit odd to us...we weren't sure how to really eat it due to the small bun and huge piece of lettuce and this salad/sauce thing? Anyway, it didn't matter because we were completely full and satisfied. Great quality meat and cooked perfectly. Service was polite, quite, and friendly enough. We will come back again, but only for special occasion (since it's really quite expensive). Hopefully next time, we'll get a big grilled meat platter!

The entrance. Featureless and l boring - but inside's where it's at!

"Grill" - a place that deserves its name. Here you'll walk around among glowing coal, flames and rotisseries. Word of warning: The place is just a tad bit overrated. It's a solid 4. The dining area is divided into several sections, each with their own distinct style - like "the orient express" or "moulin rouge". So come back again, pick a different section and food and it's a whole new experience! Sometimes they even have live music! The atmosphere is, needless to say, fantastic. This is a good place for both groups and dates. I've been here several times and food ranges from good to phenomenal. There's been the scallops that were way too salty, and the order of rare meat that didn't come out rare at all (seriously, how can a place called "Grill" fail at that?) But the waiters/hosts are extremely forthcoming and helpful, so don't hesitate to bring up your concerns. I sent my not-so-rare steak back and got a new one that was indeed rare.

Don't get the ribeye - tough, tough tough. Slow service. I don't recommend this place for a great steak.

Their Japanese wagyu is about 5mm thin and covered in salt. Not at all worth the price. The cocktail they made was very nice.

Grill is such a special place - tasty, well-prepared, but relatively normal modern Swedish dishes in a bizarre, tiki-bar like ambiance.

The bar is small, unassuming and finds itself on a street filled with conspicuous, Italian restaurants hosting happy hours for corporate Swedes. The bar is a standout for the drinks, the trademark Swedish charisma and genuine warmth. As a side, shout out to Sweden for having the nicest, most welcoming people in the world. We were given a standing table when we got in, but quickly moved to a couple of seats by the bar. We were one of 8 couples at the bar, so yes, very date night vibes. For our first round of drinks, we got the Easy Martini and Let them Eat Cake. The latter was too sweet for our liking but the Easy Martini had the perfect amount of sweet and tart. Our second round was the winner with the Girl Dinner and their Old Fashioned. The Girl dinner was crafted to perfection and possibly the best version of a martini we've ever had. The old fashioned too, made with WhistlePig 10 years was fantastic. The service cannot be faulted, we profusely thanked the lovely bartender, vowing to crow about it to whoever cares to listen and to be back when we are in Stockholm next.

Once in a blue moon it is very fun to have a big night out, drinking and dancing with friends - and this was a great place to do just that. With a big enough group and a table, you feel like you can breathe, move around freely and enjoy the night. The music was very "pop" which was fun for dancing and singing along.... who doesn't like a little Riri in their life :) I could not imagine coming here with just a girlfriend and braving the dance floor area - then I would probably be giving 2 stars - as you can barely walk through the masses, I'm sure it must take an hour to order a drink and I would certainly feel old - as I could probably be the mother of some of the young kids here...

The music was terrible! This girl/guy combo spinning just the least interesting crap. Both me and my friend tried to request something and the guy just kind of shook his head and played dumb (I'm pretty sure he had Spotify open on his laptop and I was showing him a song on Spotify...). The crowd was weird. Mostly older 35-40 sprinkled with a few younger people. I kind of wondered what they and we were doing there. Okay let me clarify, the crowd wasn't weird because of the age but rather something felt wrong about the social situation in the room. The setup inside is interesting, with a sort of stage and tiered seating for looking out on the "crowd" (the "dance floor" / "mixing-area" is pretty small, in fact it's a very small little alcove in the back of a restaurant). My friends kept saying it was a nice place to see people dressed up, but I just saw girls with big, ugly watches and guys with large laptop briefcases at their feet (at 12am on a Friday night) otherwise wearing nothing too interesting. No one looked particularly classy, chic, bussiness pro, or even dapper cool -- except us, of course ^^ I would come back here because I have a feeling it was an off-night in terms of experience but I wouldn't recommend going here as I experienced it. I'm not saying definitely do NOT go here. But I can't give it my recommendation at this moment in time.
