My bankruptcy petition was never filed by the firm. After months of trying to obtain updates and responses, I eventually had to file my bankruptcy case myself, and that case has since been successfully completed and closed. I have repeatedly requested an itemized billing ledger, documentation of the work performed, and a refund. At this point, I have not received the documentation I requested or a refund. Based on my experience, I no longer have confidence in the firm's handling of my matter. I believe clients deserve clear communication, accountability, and transparency regarding the services they are paying for.
