Manny gave me a price of $200.00 for all that, which is exactly what I've paid in the past for the same work. Manny began about 10:00 and worked straight through till almost 3:00 pm. The walk and driveway are especially challenging because the turf holds water on the concrete and drains slowly. Therefore, silt washes back onto the concrete as fast as he washes it away. He was determined to do an excellent job and kept at it, going over the same driveway three complete times. I am pleased with the results and will hire Manny again in the future for this and other landscaping jobs. I would trust him to work in my home and yard in my absence as well.

Baseboards under kitchen cabinets not done. Light fixtures not done. Baseboards half way done. When my landlord called to complain about the quality of service. Tammy got very defensive and lashed out at me. She told my landlord I was an unfit parent and threatened to call DSS because she found a bug in the house and my blinds were dusty. Tammy literally sent my landlord a picture of 1 bug. I can't wait to see her response to this review. I will admit the house was dirty. Thats why we called a cleaning service. Duh!! Move out clean. EMPTY 2100 sqft house. I told her I have 3 kids. Quoted $325. Charged $550. They were an hour late. They only found 3 pieces of trash in the whole house. We swept everything before they got there. No carpet in the house except for stairs. The things she missed only took the landlords cleaning person an hour and a half to clean. Terrible business experience. I would not recommend.
