I asked why no one called me and they apologized and said they were busy. I brought my vehicle back to the Subaru dealer to complete the state inspection. The car failed again and to quote the auto service repair technician, "I don't know how they could miss these additional holes as they are obvious." They marked the locations of the holes and I returned to Meineke again to have the holes in the exhaust fixed. Meineke offered no discount and really didn't seem to care that they messed up. My vehicle passed inspection but the Subaru dealer noted that Meineke welded the entire exhaust system together. The original exhaust comes in four separate sections so you can replace just one section if it wears out. So Meineke did poor quality work and didn't own up to the issues they caused.

At first glance, less hardy individuals may feel like they might be taken for a ride. First impressions are not always accurate. Ray was really nice and explained everything really extensively, making sure I knew exactly what he was doing. He also recommended what I might want to have done, and what I didn't need to have done at that time. His prices were more than fair and he did whatever he could to get me the best deal on parts. His labor fees for actual garage work are more than fair, compared to a lot of other places. He showed me the broken part after the fact and explained what the new part looked like in place of. Ray gave me an accurate estimate on price and stuck with it and his estimated time was flexible: I dropped off my car in the morning so he could assess the problem and give me a time estimate which he initially had thought it would take him until the next day as he had another car on the lift. I also had to be at work for the day. Later that same day he phoned to tell me that my car was finished and I could pick it up later that evening! Amazing. Ray only accepts cash, no credit cards so be aware of this before deciding to go through with a big fix. I've found my VW mechanic for sure. It's a good feeling.

The majority of them, during my teenage and young adult life, were smaller establishments built with brick and had this pale brown color with the Cumberland Farms logo. They only had spots to pump gas and it was a hot spot for those who like to play scratchers. This location started across the street from where it is today as Staff D. pointed out in her review, and bought the land on its current location and upgraded to a Super Cumbies, well they don't call it that, but one could surmise that is what it would be called. They now have twice the number of gas pumps and the store is nearly 3 times larger. They increased the height of the ceiling, added more fridges and a walk-in fridge to browse the number of beers they offer from your typical corporate beers to some locally craft beers. The quality of the food and snack offerings has significantly gotten better and despite some still labeling it as "gas station food", you have to appreciate the rebranding and upgrades they made to the slushy machines, the coffee station as well as a touch screen ordering system to order some of their upgrade menu selection. I personally enjoy the new look and it was a wise move on their part to upgrade because who complains about a 99 cent coffee all day, and everyday. They do have to compete with Dunkin next door to them, but Dunkin does not offer gas and Cumbies does. Stop in and check out the place if you haven't seen it.

During rush hour you may have to wait a few minutes in line but nothing over the top. Our teenagers love the express food such and in a hurry, it's quick and cheap. Plus... we take advantage of the SmartPay rewards they have for discounts on gas, coffees, and other various items which is a plus.
