Also nothing is too much trouble, having had bad experiences with for example Volvo dealerships where every single one I tried either broke something or missed work out on the service schedule; I'd always specify best technician and the work was faultless. Honda dealers historically do well in the JD Power survey and the Auto Express driver Power survey, Ruislip Honda are a great example of why. They were so honest that when the car reached over 108,000 miles and needed quite a few things at the next service they said now is the time to replace when they could have charged over a 1000 pounds for the work required.
