I had seen in an earlier review that they asked the people to move 2 times which I thought was crazy.... But I did hear them asking people to move so other people can sit at their table. The atmosphere and vibes are really nice. Loved the book wall. The tables and seating is really cool but it was busy the whole time we were there from 1-3:00.... And people sit for hours. So make sure you're not in a hurry when you come check this place out. I believe they recently opened so I'll probably go back in a couple of months to give them another shot. Also, why does the business not post their drink menu on any of their socials.... what's the big secret.

Full-time student at the university with 2 part-time jobs, I can definitely call this spot home. If you sit at the bar long enough the baristas will know you by name and will help you forget about your responsibilities in a good way. They're menu may look short, but you have been advised that it is definitely not short. My favorite drinks? The cold brew shandy, cafecito, and mexican mocha. You will find your drink and trust me the baristas will help you. This place gives me the best vibes and is definitely my favorite pick me up after a stressful day/week. Before anything, they have great coffee, my favorite in the McAllen/Edinburg area! Everyone of their employees are great to just talk with, and they all love coffee. But what makes this place stand out is their environment, it is what makes or breaks a coffee shop and Grind Coffee Co. has it! They have all kinds of seating for work or just relaxing and hanging out with friends. They promote local art and business friendly.
