Big toe nails were cut way too deep on the sides. My big toes were sore for days. The only other thing that made me feel a bit awkward was walking in to get my nails done and there was complete silence. I looked around and found one lady working on nails. She looked at me and said nothing. I stood there for a while waiting for a hello and waited for someone else to come help me. The other customer that was getting her nails done told me this was her first time too and that the owner should be there any minute. So I waited in silence until the owner came (Tina).
