I was curled up on a couch at Gov's last Saturday, enjoying my third beach blend flat white and checking out their facebook page, when I noticed a couple of shout-outs to a place called Grit & Glamour... photos of shabby vintage (I suddenly became more alert), mentions of "neighbours"... so I followed the internet trail and it led me to pop in. All props, paraphernalia, nonsense and everything in between are provided, no matter the size or style of the event. Our team of stylists are addicted to sourcing unique and one-of-a-kind pieces, giving each party its own flair and fabulousness!" I suppose when you're sourcing items for events, you come across so many wonderful things, and though they can't always be used for the particular event you're sourcing for, they might just come in handy down the track... or for somebody else. I was that somebody else on Saturday, and I couldn't resist grabbing a beautiful and enormous world map wall hanging and a couple of fluoro wall-mounted deer heads. Yep. read more
