In Aug of 2022 I went to see Trisha and after our talk I left with hope that I hadn't had for 2 years. It was amazing that someone who I hadn't even met before could care so much to understand me and give me hope as well as the tools to get better. I am now doing very well and have experienced 10 weeks with no depression. I have been so impressed by Trisha's help that I have referred her to several other friends, who have been also impressed with the help they are receiving from her.
