I had Grizzly install a new garage door opener the last of September 2017, Todd was friendly and prompt but there was an intermentant problem immediately after installation. I called Todd, the owner. Todd's response was to accuse me of doing something to it, I told him I did nothing and he eventually told me he would stop by and have a look. I called on a Wednesday, Todd said he would stop by on the following Friday but he never showed up. Eventually I called another repairman and he found a twisted rail & that was causing the safely beam to move when the door cycled up n down, he moved the safety beam above the twist in the rail...fixed! Todd did not notice the twisted rail during the initial installation, it appeared to have been twisted for many years. Had Todd came back and inspected his installation he could have sold me the replacement of the twisted door rail and new springs. Service after the installation was non existent. read more

Horrible business, I made a appointment on Friday 3-25-16 on a garage door opener that he installed less than 1 year ago. He said he would be out on Monday AM. The chain had come off the opener and needed to be put back on. I called at 1pm on Monday because I had not heard from him as of yet and was wondering if he was going to make it. Todd stated that he had forgotten and didn't write it down and would not be out that day as he was too busy. I told him I was very "disappointed" and he went off saying " I am sure you have never made a mistake before " and never once did he offer a apology. He hung up the phone on me, when I tried to get a time frame of when he would be out. I called Todd back several times and he didn't answer his phone. I called back and finally he answers the phone and told me to never call again, I was like "REALLY this is how you treat your customers! VERY POOR BUSINESS USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! read more

I had been considering a new garage door for a couple years. The raiser and a spring failed and the door would no longer open. I made a call and talked to Todd. Shortly after that Corey came over and evaluated the situation. I explained my desire for a new door and with a phone consultation with Todd we made a plan to order a new door. They came over the next day and got my old door working until the new door came in. Todd expedited the door order and when it showed up the color perfectly matched the trim! These guys are very customer oriented and a pleasure to deal with. I have collector cars so we even talked about our passion for them while they were here. Absolutely fantastic. Grizzly Garage Door Service fixed the problem the previous company I hired, only made worse. Plus he fixed it fast, at a great price, and was friendly and very knowledgeable. There was a weird grinding sound and a shaking that nobody else could figure out, and even he acknowledged it was a tricky issue. But with obvious experience and skill, he had it straightened up right away. I really like that it's a small business too, so you only get the really skilled guys out. Called Todd when we first moved in to our house and told him that our opener was literally the loudest on our street. I followed his suggestions, but felt that our opener had run its course. Called him July 24th to ask that he come and replace our system. Said that he would be able to come out on July 28th. My wife said that he was a true professional.
