They did an incredible job removing the trees from my yard! They removed 17 trees, many of them extremely large, and exceeded my expectations in every way. They arrived right on time at 7:00 a.m. and worked efficiently throughout the day. They safely removed every tree, ground all of the stumps, even took down a section of my fence and put it back exactly as it was. When they left, the yard was clean, and the entire job was completed before 5:00 p.m. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about this company and their crew. They were professional, hardworking, and incredibly organized from start to finish. Best of all, I now have peace of mind. Update!! Let me tell you how these shady individuals went to our property UNAUTHORIZED and "repaired" the driveway!! After I explicitly told them DON'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL WE DISCUSS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE!! So not only did they trespass on our property... THEY DIDNT EVEN REPAIR THE CRACK PROPERLY! There's a branch crack coming from the larger crack that was overlooked. Oh and they washed down the driveway to clear away all of the branches markings... which REVEALED ANOTHER CRACK! So thanks for that! They still have not responded to my multiple of emails nor provided a copy of their certificate of insurance. I spoke with Oscar, who's apparently the translator for his boss I guess and he tried to swindle me AND TELL ME HE DOESN'T KNOW WHY THEY SHOWED UP TO THE THIS MORNING TO DO THE REPAIR. AS IF HE WASN'T THE ONE WHO I TOLD THEY BETTER NOT GO TO HOUSE AND TOUCH ANYTHING. THEY CAN GO AND LOOK AT IT AND SPEAK WITH THEIR CONTRACTOR TO SEE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, BUT THEY ARE TO SPEAK TO US FIRST BEFORE DOING ANYTHING. Snuck on the property anyway and did a sneak fix. SO NOW THE WORK IS DONE, HALF ASS. ANOTHER CRACK WAS REVEALED. AND HE HAS THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT WE CAN GIVE THEM $2000 OF THE $3500. For the tree removal. Mind you, we have no written agreement in regards to the repair. We have no proof of insurance or licensure for the concrete repair people. Nor do we have a warranty to cover this bullshit they did on the driveway! So for this fool to tell me that we still have to pay them otherwise it's a long process with the courts proves to me that they ONE... don't have licensure, TWO...don't have insurance!. He fell to realize they never got a dime from us, and if we have to go to court, they will owe us. Because one of the quotes for the little corner driveway was $2150. And now that we discovered another crack, we don't know how much that is be. And we absolutely have what they did redone because they missed the branch crack that was connected to So I made them offer, zero out the entire bill or be prepared to owe us more. I recently had service provided by Grizzly Tree Experts. My first service was on 9/6/21 and I was 100% satisfied with the communication, proof of being insured, a written estimate prior to service, the actual service visit, the care of my property, and the follow-up that was provided. I was once again in need of service, so I reached back out to them. Sadly, to say, this time it was a different experience, one that was completely opposite of my first. On Sun, 8/16/26 the tech, Oscar, came for an initial visit and provided a verbal quote. He said they could do the job the next day Mon., 8/17/26. I did not receive a written quote. I also did not receive a courtesy call the day of the visit. When I arrived home, there was a large pile of tree remains on my front lawn, which confirmed they had been there. The trees had been removed in my backyard. My patio furniture was in disarray, and my grill cover had been damaged. I sent an email expressing my concerns that same day. On Tue., 8/18/26, they returned to remove the debris from the front lawn. I expressed by concern about the damaged property and requested for them to return to cut some of the tree stumps lower and clean up the area better than the way it was left . The following day, Wed, 8/19/26, I received a call from Itzy about the email I had sent as well as the invoice requesting payment. I again, expressed by concerns, and requested for them to return to cut some of the tree stumps lower and clean up the area better than the way they left it. She advised that this would be done on Fri, 8/21/26. I made the payment in full that same night. They did not show up on Fri, 8/21/26 as stated. I have sent several follow-up text messages back to the initial text correspondence. I have spoken with three different Grizzly representatives, Itzy, Maria, and another female about the follow-up needed. They were accommodating, cordial, and professional while trying to earn my business and collect payment. However, once they received payment, their customer service, follow-up, and accountability disappeared. Things have drastically changed since my first service experience. I was not the home that needed the tree removed but I live across the street. Do NOT hire this company for tree removal. They took an oak tree down from the base! This tree was at least 80 feet tall! It dropped across our street and 10 feet from the front of my neighbors house taking her mailbox down. They cut the AT&T cable which took out several neighbors internet, which AT&T has refused to fix, causing these neighbors to choose another internet provider. They also removed another neighbor's mailbox without their permission before felling the tree, as well as blocking our road to neighbors leaving or returning home. If there had been an emergency, our rescue services would not have been able to get to the emergency. They showed up on Tuesday afternoon and cut down two of our crepe myrtle tress at the front of our yard. And then they proceeded to leave and then come back and cut trees at our neighbor's house. I was told by Kevin who was the job manager that they had filed a claim with the office and that they would repair the damaged sod. That was on June 1, 2026. Today is August 24, 2026 and they will not return my calls AND they have done nothing to repair the sod. Asked them to come out last March to cut some low level branches off a large pinetree. Was talked into taking off more than the low limbs. They butchered the tree and left it looking horrible. I let it go because it was in the backyard and hoped HOA would not complain. Less than a year later, the tree has died and it dropping the remaining branches like crazy. Give 1 star because I had to. Saw company on the block servicing neighbor so I asked about service. I was given a quote on the spot. Called to set up appointment two days in a row to no avail. Yesterday saw the person on our block again to give an estimate to my neighbor across the street so I approached him to advise of the previous days customer service and price we were told. He gave an appointment for the following day. Guess what no call no show for given appointment then received a text for 2 hours arrival time later. Nice sales person, but never I never received a quote via email as promised. I messaged them through their website, but still did not receive a response. A couple of days later, I telephoned and left a detailed voicemail message. Evidently, they never bother to listen to their voicemail recordings. Instead, they use caller ID and treat each missed call as a potential new customer. This is a very inefficient and discourteous business practice. I ended up receiving a verbal quote over the phone. We recently used Grizzly Tree services to trim a tree, cut some other ones down and clean up old pine straw and leaves. The gentleman arrived early at 730 to get started, and were finished by 12. They even took the trees versus other services that either wanted to throw them over our fence or charge extra to haul or grind up. They cleaned up and were very friendly. They lost two stars for horrible communications and erratic timeliness. They showed up a day early with no warning at a very inconvenient time. Then it took then four days to return to finish up. After speaking with Rhino and confirming they could do the work we need done after the estimate by Miguel I couldn't believe they actually came the same day on a Sunday. After the storm on Saturday crews were very busy and working all hours. I was a little Leary when the trucks showed up to take 2 trees down and it said Grizzly on the trucks. It was confirmed that both companies are related. We have used Rhino in our subdivision before and I know the professional work they do. I was very pleased and not disappointed that Grizzly with Adrianne supervising and working along with his team of gentlemen was just as professional and cleaned up everything and no damage to anything including shrubs and plants in the area. After having work done by both companies I will for sure use either of them again in a heartbeat and the estimate was very fair for 2 trees, hauling everything away and immaculate clean up. read more

I was totally caught by surprise, but I went ahead and discussed what I needed to have done. We talked it over, he quoted me a price that I felt was excessive, but without taking the time to think it over, I agreed and scheduled. The crew showed up just past 7:00 am, blowing their horns to announce their arrival. They did sloppy, fast work, left cigarette butts and trash on my lawn, and even argued with one another while working. My property was left a disgraceful mess and the job was never finished. Lester offered to "give me a good price to come back and finish the job and try to make it right."
