Some may think this is a discount grocery store and may snub this place because they are too good…read morefor discount groceries, however, that type of attitude just truly shows their own ignorance and haughtiness come out. Lidl was a chain started in Germany originally and then expanded all across Europe and now in 31 countries. You will find things here you wont find elsewhere and if you like European goods, you will definitely find some treasures here. The prices here are good, so thats one of the reasons that brings me in. But, also, they carry Greek, Spanish, French, Portuguese and other ex US products here which makes it fun to shop here and uncover new treasures! This store has limited edition section and it was fun to browse that as they have some European items that looked quite interesting, most Greek & French products. I took a look around their frozen section and even saw they had some frozen escargot (snails), which was super interesting for me to see! I didnt get any this time around, but may get some when I am back home. They also have lot of fresh flowers and plants for sale here and lovely to see these options for sale! My only gripe about this place is that everytime you come into the store, the fresh produce section always looks like a disaster and the floors super dirty. I wish they would clean this area up a bit better and make it more visually appealing. How hard is it to remove some empty boxes, mop the floors regularly and arrange the produce in an orderly manner? Id definitely come back again and always there is something interesting to discover.

This whole process took longer than if I would have done myself. When I was leaving I asked why he checked my items at self check and was told he was trying to move the line. There was no line before I got there or when I left. Customer service was very disappointing. I worked@grocery stores for 20 years and understand how they work and that was just rude.

I've never felt the need to review a grocery store, however there's multiple times where ive gone to this location and have been treated awfully for no reason. I've been scoffed at, scolded, and sighed at along with staff mumbling under their breath. Again, most of the staff are nice like the cashiers, but most of the stockers are mean. I've never been to a store where the staff have genuinely made me feel dumb and made me want to cry after going (on multiple different occasions). I get hating your job, but don't take it out on people just trying to get groceries. Even if I apologize for bothering a staff, they still treat me awfully. Maybe it's a racial thing. I doubt they'd talk to the white women customers like that.

The Wal Mart for drinkers of all types. You like beer? They have a solid selection of big box beer…read moreas well as a solid selection of craft brews. You like wine? They regularly do tasting on the weekend typically with a good range of types. You like spirits? This place is how I benchmark whether I am paying too much elsewhere. This first thing I look for at any other liquor store is, how much would this have been at corridor? I've been coming here for years aka since I became of age. They take underage drinkers that come in this store seriously, so if you have a young face be prepared. They also may give you a hard time if you come with your sibling who might be not 21 yet. They once gave me a hard time for standing in front of someone who looked young, so that was weird. I guess the moral of that short story, is this place is for "relative" grown ups who are at least 21. As you walk in the store you will find yourself at the beginning of the wine section, to your left will be the beer and to the far right are two aisle that have the hard spirits. Ready, set, go. All the prices I've seen are on par with the cheapest I've found as far as the spirits go. The wine selection is massive however my prowess as a wine drinker is fairly amateur so I'll leave that to the corridor wine experts. The prices on craft beers are pretty much what you would expect, craft brew= higher price. They do have good prices on big box beer but I can't honestly tell you the last time I bought a 38 pack of any light lagers. I typically stick to the MD craft brews, always good to support good ol' MD. They also have all the bar supplies but the prices I've seen on red solo cups, ping pong balls, bottle openers, etc are a little bit high. It's good if you forgot the pick up something but you'll pay a little more. It's a good thing you saved money on all the liquor right??? Forgot to mention they also have cigars, also a rookie in that field though so no comment on selection or pricing.
