Oscar loved her his first visit and when he knew where we were going every time after that he got so excited. Tori is a definite dog person and my dogs know it. She is pleasant to talk with, she is a kind person and it shows with every dog I see her with. She takes the time to get to know each individual dog and she treats them like her own. She is very knowledgeable and extremely experienced. Her pricing is fair and she really cares. I wouldn't trust any other person with my fur babies.

I texted again and said be back in 15 minutes. She texted back saying we would have to reschedule. Called her and asked why she said it would make her other appointments late. Sorry, not my fault. I thought with new customers you would be prompt and go over what you wanted done before grooming. Asked her if she wanted to groom and she said I don't know and went in back room to make phone calls. Do not go to Hippie Hound they will be rude to all new clients. Moral of this is respect people's time and contact when late.

That has not always been the case, when we have used other groomers. We previously were unhappy with the location in a small strip mall, where getting into and out of the parking lot could be difficult with lines of cars at a fast food restaurant sometimes obstructing access to the lot. But they now have moved across the street to a much larger strip mall having easy access and parking. We now could not be more happy with Earthwise.
