The front desk seemed a little all over the place but Kristie still came out to speak with us and go over everything. Two hours later our pup was ready and looked absolutely handsome! While the waiting area is a bit cramped they do tell you two hours so you're free to run errands and come back. There is also a porch out front if you absolutely must wait. Prices are fair and they're very transparent as to why the grooming cost what it did.

We left a bag of treats with Monika for the drying process, which our dog is not a fan of, but she didn't need to use them. At other places - We've brought him to other places in the past where the groomers have shaved too close and our dog had visible razor burns/nicks on him. We also gave her Trazodone to help ensure she would be calm and relaxed for the grooming. I took time off from work to be home for the appointment, only to receive an email about 30 minutes beforehand stating there would be an additional $100 "handling fee." I never saw the email in time, and no one called or texted to discuss it. Instead, no one showed up for the appointment. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for my time was extremely disappointing. They also listen to your requests, which allows them to keep their customers happy. They don't overbook so your pet is never rushed. They also do not cage the pet which allows for a stress free environment for the animal. They can be very busy and yet they don't over promise. My wife and I have been very happy with the four years of grooming that has taken place.
