Not too sure about the casino game play itself. But a friendly staff, great looking place. And they serve the best half pint of milk that side of the Tyne. read more

The cinema never seems to get very busy except on wednesdays due to the Orange 2 for 1 offer. To cut back on staff they now rarely use the ticket booth and instead get people to buy the tickets at the refreshment stand. This can lead to long lines when it is busy. If this is the case I would recommend going upstairs to the bar to buy your tickets as it is generally a lot quicker. A couple of the screens have VIP rooms at the back. These are basically a small room overlooking the screen with bigger, more comfortable seats and the oppurtunity to take your drinks in from the bar. Although tickets cost a little bit more they are a good choice for when the big films come out as you don't get crammed into a packed cinema and instead have plenty of space and no interuption from people talking throughout the film.
