But one thing I can confirm is, they are extremely irresponsible. They promised something but after I paid the rent they are like I never promised you this and that. I used to have Foxtons as my previous agent. I have heard some bad thing about them, but comparing to CityZen, Foxtons is way more responsible and caring about their tenant. Anyways, whatever I request from the landlord/agent, they never do it. Sometimes I doubt if the agent even passed my request to the landlord. All their excuses are, the landlord is not in the country bla bla bla and the answer is alway a NO. They don't even reply you on on the same day, ok that's fine. Sometimes I have to wait for 3-4 days to get their reply for a small request like if I can have some tables removed or a question about the phone line. I don't know if I am asking for too much but that's one of the reason people rent a property via an agency. The point is, my property is fully managed under CityZen. This is actually like I am renting a flat from a private landlord whom I can never speak to. For my previous 2 years experience with Foxtons, I never had this frustration and the rent there was even cheaper than what I am paying now. I am very disappointed and just hoping to finish this one year tenancy asap. This is to remind anybody who's thinking of renting a flat via CityZen. BE PREPARED, YOU ARE GONNA BE ON YOUR OWN. YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I told myself that it can't be and when I found this agent I was really glad. Once I told him what I wanted he immediately arranged a few viewings for me. That afternoon we viewed a few places and on that day itself I found my one bedroom flat in Ealing Broadway for the budget I wanted. So, who says its impossible. Nothing is impossible! That guy was really nice and very professional. He asked for the usual documents you need when you rent and made thorough checks to make sure all the paperwork is completed correctly. We signed the contract the next day and moved in the next weekend. Everything was performed efficiently and quickly.

Can you believe it?! FIVE stars for an estate agent? Well friends, Letz Move deserves the honour!…read more After a lot of pain and heartache caused by Winkworths (aka WANK-worths), I was beyond thrilled to find such a dream agent. My agent at Letz Move was honest and reliable from the start and has continued to be throughout the entire rental process. Basically, here's what makes them top-dog in my book: -Honesty. When I asked my agent if he thought I could talk the rent down a bit, he told me it wouldn't hurt to try. Most agents seem to insist there's no way the landlord will bring down the rent. Thanks to his advice, I knocked off a few pounds! -Simplicity. Almost everything is done online, making the process far less painless. I was able to fill out all my reference and application forms online AND even sign the contract online as well! -Thorough! When I went to collect the keys, my agent met me at the flat and did a thorough check-in with me. We walked around inspecting every inch of the place, making sure it was all up to snuff. And nicks or dings were market down and then put up on the website, which was accessible to me with the login information they'd provided. I was then given five days to dispute or add anything on. -Helpful. Everything was perfect upon move-in, but a couple of days later we had some trouble with our oven. I emailed my agent and quickly received a response from another member of staff informing that my agent was on holiday but that they would be happy to help me out. And they did. Problem solved in less than 24 hours. Most importantly, my agent from Letz Move was kind and approachable. I actually never felt like he was stretching the truth or trying to sell me on something that I didn't want or couldn't afford. The only downside to this agency is that they're not very big and don't have tons of listings, but otherwise I cannot recommend them more!

Letz move made my life hell for 6 months! They wouldn't repair anything in the flat, despite the…read morebroken heating and windows making it freezing cold for the entire winter that I lived there and the garden being ridiculously overgrown. The flat was disgusting and dirty when I moved in, but I was desperate to move quickly so I took it regardless. I spent the first few weeks cleaning as the cooker was covered in hardened gunk, the cupboards were broken and the bathroom had so much mildew that I actually showered at the gym until this was all removed. The maintenance woman rarely returned my calls and took 5 months to get the work done, but strangely they were quick to contact me when the rent was a day late. They then tried to take half my deposit when I left, claiming that they needed it for cleaning fees which made me laugh as it was cleaner when I left than when I first moved in. Fortunately my deposit was covered by the deposit protection scheme, and 6 months later I have gotten this all back, after months of bitter disputes with letz move who even went so far as to make up far-fetched stories with no photographic evidence (which I did have). This agency have actually put me off renting, but I am fortunate to have found a lettings agency who are honest, quick to deal with problems and have a good reputation both online and from friends and colleagues.

When I found the house I wanted, I went for 4 separate viewings to inspect the garden, the attic and twice taking my family and wife's family to get their opinions. The agency didn't bat an eyelid, even when we tramped mud from the garden up the stairs. Oops! They were quick with negociating the price with the vendor and we got a good price in the end. I went for a mortgage review with Flower independent financial adviser which seem to have an office within a lot of Parkers agencies. They offered some products but in the end I went directly to a bank as I was a bit wary of the relationship and involvement between Parkers and Flower.
