Bad experience and waste of money!
They spent barely an hour and 45 minutes cleaning 3 floors, 5 rooms & 2 staircases (26 steps). When we pointed out some spots they overlooked, the cleaner would say " that's wear ". My husband spent 3 days going over his stains to make the carpets more acceptable. (the dirty cleaning water dried and left grey-ish smears)
Also, the cleaner told us that they don't move furniture, they only go around the furniture, because they don't have enough time. We had to move all the furniture ourselves. We were forced to sleep at a hotel because the carpets were soaking wet and he told us that we were not to walk on the carpets for 24 hours. (they never advised us of this in advance and we almost couldn't find a hotel at the last minute)
They took a small carpet back with them to clean at their shop and said they would return it in 3 days. It took 3 weeks.
When we complained about all of this, the lady finally offered us a rebate of $20. That was the final insult.
It cost us $500+ for this horrible, botched job that we've had to fix ourselves, plus the cost of the hotel.
