My K-12 school district has been using GroupLink's Everything Helpdesk product for several years now. The relationship I have developed with GroupLink is one I value a great deal. The GroupLink team wants my experience to be positive and they have always been open to suggestions and ways to improve my end-user's experience with their product. They recently started an advisory council and had their first meeting which I was privileged to participate in. A lot of feedback and two-way communication took place. I left that meeting feeling better about the product that I have come to rely on a great deal. I have yet to come across a GroupLink team member that wasn't great to work with.
The few times I've had to contact support, my issue has always been dealt with in a fast and efficient manner. I have been surprised to get a phone call as soon as I click "submit" on my helpdesk ticket to them; support is just that fast.
