i went to purchase large format tiles for my bathroom shower and when checking out was asked if i…read morewanted them shipped to my house and i said yes. i was then charged 100 for delivery. this was my first time here btw. when i left i figured we were all set but then i get a call from the sales guy asking if i wanted them delivered to my home and if so he was going to have to get a quote from a carrier. i told him he charged me 100 already for delivery. i was then informed that was a delivery charge to get it from their warehouse states away to their store and that to deliver to my home which is only 2 hrs from the store it would be another 450 dollars and on top of that i would need to unload them myself from the delivery truck. if i had known ahead of time i would not have done business with them. i wrote their corp office and got no response so they just lost business because i have 4 other large projects to be done. Never do business with them again. Trash company.

The store is very large and from what I can tell set up in different departments. It is nice to get someone to tag along with you to lead you around to where you should be looking. I like that there are a lot of model of kitchens, bathrooms, etc so that you can really see the tiles in full effect and paired with other tiles and accessories. Great experience. Third, they never even came back and finished the job. After a month of not hearing a thing, we called someone else to come and finish. Fourth, they broke the toilet and we had to replace it, their plumber rehooked the sink incorrectly and it leaked, so we had to pay a plumber to redo it, among other things. Fifth, they didn't clean up after themselves at all. I found a trash bag leaking a vile substance that was left in my library to sit after they worked a couple hours and took off for a long weekend. Apparently I was supposed to lift it. And haul it away myself. That 6 star review probably came from the owner of the business. Do NOT hire these people, they have no idea what they've foo g and the work is beyond shoddy.
