Always helpful staff and the prices they charged were very reasonable prices too - cheaper than other places nearby. They have their own private parking outside the surgery and so everything is easy and convenient. We have not experienced any problems or complications with them at all and will quite happily use them again if and when the need arises

They really treat your favourite creature as if it is the most lovely thing in all the world - which is what you think about it anyway! They are a very clean well presented centre. I have had rabbits and dogs treated here and have popped in for occasional advice. Everything has been first class and well explained and performed with great care and love for animals. A good service and we have had no reason to make any complaints at all.

I picked it up and searched in vain for a nest. Finally tucked it into a tea towel and looked up local vets. Found Archway but it was closed for bank holiday, so I called the emergency number and left a message, fully aware that the vet may not return a nutty call to a US mobile at 5 on bank holiday about a bird. Ten minutes later he called and said he would be there within 15 minutes. Doctor checked my sad find and explained that it was much too small to survive but he would euthanize it to keep it from suffering. I apologized for calling him on his holiday and he was so kind about it. I tried to pay but he said they don't charge for wildlife calls. He was sincere and compassionate and professional. I'm glad I met him even though I'm sad for the poor bird who never got to live and sorry I shortened such a nice man's holiday.
