I called ahead a few days ago to ask if I could access the contents of my POD and was able to schedule it later in the week to go retrieve my items. At least for this location, the PODs can be accessed between 8am-3pm. When you arrive, you can call the number on the front door and someone will come help move your POD storage box outside with a lil truck--just make sure you bring your key! The manager (whose name I believe was Jim) was super helpful the day my dad and I tried to access my POD. We struggled to open up the pull gate (some furniture had moved in transit and jammed the door) and Jim helped us even push the box open and troubleshoot. Moving is extremely painful, so we were super grateful for his help!

I hired Ana from Ana's Cleaning Service on July 3, 2025, for a deep clean of my 1500 square foot…read moreranch-style home with three bedrooms and a half bath. I had posted three before photos to show that the house was already looks spotless and free of clutter. As an above-the-knee amputee who uses a wheelchair, I usually manage to clean my home myself, using tools to reach high and low places. However, I hadn't been able to clean the high areas in about two months when I hired Ana. She was going to do a deep clean, then come once a month to maintain what I cannot. We paid her $75 per hour for five hours, totaling $380. The quality of her work was incredibly poor, and she missed many basic deep-cleaning areas entirely (as seen in the photos). I am complete shocked by what I came home to. To make matters worse, Ana was extremely pushy and relentlessly pressured and harassed me to pay her remaining balance of $190 before I could even check her work. I received over 90 messages from her in a few days! I sent Ana almost 100 pictures of the areas she missed. No apology or acknowledgement that she did a horrible job. Offer comes back for 2 hrs for free. It took me twelve hours and two days to get to everything she missed. The pictures speak for themselves. Remember, this was supposed to be a deep clean, according to Ana. Be careful out there!
