I was a little nervous that maybe the less than a week's notice I had given I'd have no luck, but Roberta was graciously accommodating and had ready a beautiful fresh cut bouquet and boutonniere the morning of the wedding. I was home and promptly got them inside but what if I hadn't been home? They would have been ruined in the heat. Flowers were delivered on Thursday, beautiful arrangement, but looking at the picture now I can see that the roses were not fresh when delivered. The tips of the petals are curled and the base is bruised. By Sunday the roses were wilted and dead. Fresh flowers should last 7-10 days at minimum. I reached out via phone on Sunday and again today, no answer. I reached out via email on Sunday with no response. Very disappointed in their customer service, not to mention the money my friend spent on flowers that did not last.

But, yesterday, they delivered a plant to my house in 100 degree heat & left it sitting on the front porch on the hot brick. They did ring the doorbell, because I saw it on my Ring App. Tried to tell her on the ring doorbell audio we were still out of town for the funeral, but they'd already left. Got home late that afternoon & plant was starting to wilt. Called the shop and ask what the protocol was to leave plants in hot weather outside for delivery, without a courtesy call. The floral designer answered & was very rude to me & hung up on me 2 times. I asked her to have the owner call me, & as of today at noon, I still have not received a call. I'm very disappointed that I didn't get a phone call, explanation, or just an apology. That's all I wanted.
