I went ahead and used it as store credit and bought the full 1 HP model, which costs a total of almost $1000. All was good for a while.... A year and 10 months later and it suddenly won't turn on. The contact us form that you fill out doesn't allow you not to choose one of their options as to why you're contacting them, and not one of their selections one must pick from is about refunds or returns. Stay away from these bad fans.
