Grubb's reputation is very well known. I have purchased items, and recently I had work done at their shop. I wanted to replace the awning. The electric jack needed grounded. I ask for the air conditioner to be serviced, and the electrical outlets checked, not working. Overall, the bill was $848.00. Broken down $325.00 for the awning. $300.00 for installation of the awning, and $223.00 for a single ground wire. They did not check the receptacles, or the air conditioner. This review is not easy. Top notch center. We and our aliner camper broke down late Monday night, quick call to Grubbs in Zanesville and they said they could repair the leaf springs in the morning. Even though they didn't have the exact part, they manufactured a better one. Affordable, and didn't put the screws to us. It was ready by 1:30. Definitely would recommend for stranded and non-stranded alike. Thank goodness for kind and expert repair people on the road! read more
