In May we went to Bridgestone in SMA because of a planned trip. We received 4 new tires and they…read moresubsequently told us we needed rear struts and front end work. We set an appointment, had the work done, $400 plus, picked up the car after hours and there was a huge noise never present in the front end. Took it back the next morning and were told it was a "loose screw". We drove it 15 minutes and the noise could be heard by people on the street. We took it to Nissan as it was a Kicks. We were told "bad parts and workmanship" another $450. The car was fixed and we retrieved the parts to take to Bridgestone. They just didn't care! The car seemed safe so we headed out on our trip to Austin. Three hours into the trip, the struts went out in the rear. We limped along to Austin, took it to a Nissan dealer and were told exactly the same thing, "cheap parts, poor workmanship" . They were compassionate, but it was an additional $1700. I made several trips to Bridgestone and they could have cared less. They did offer me oil changes, etc and I curtly asked them if they really thought I would ever let them touch my car. So, for a car without any symptoms of problems we are out almost $3000 and they just didn't care. My only recourse is to warn people not to go there.
