They never fowarded the paperwork on to the main insurer. They don't return phone calls and are not customer service friendly. I would advise never to use them as an agent. Now I am working directly with the main insurer. The main insurer seems willing to help and I am optimistic. No thanks to Rivard Insurance.

She handled a closing for a rental property I bought last year. She knew the owner and the circumstances that I was not going to live there. She made a mistake and had tax bill mailed to that residence not the residence where I live. When I informed her of the mistake and asked she make it right, she basically said it is your responsibility to make sure you receive your tax bill. My responsibility to make sure she did her job properly? Really, is that the level of care you provide your clients? If you are foolish enough to use her services, you better double check her work cause if she makes a mistake, you will pay for it. Disgusting!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

I personally met with Mr. Buza to purchase an individual health insurance policy. He came with a…read morelist of all policies and prices for the personal information provided. I selected a policy costing $542 per month and provided him with a credit card number to complete the transaction. My credit card was then charged $1,124.00. When I contacted Mr. Buza, I was told that $1124.00 was actually the cost of the policy selected for my age group. He told me not to worry that the policy would be cancelled (as this was not affordable). A week later when I failed to hear back from Mr. Buza, I contacted his office only to find out I that I needed to cancel the policy myself. This has been very difficult to get straightened out and not resolved yet. Once this mistake was made by Mr. Buza, I was dropped like a hot potato...never to be heard from again. I was left to deal with this issue and begin the research again from scratch.
